To arrange a QME, AME, IME, or expert engagement, call(949) 558-3001 or fax the referral to (949) 558-0089. For QME referrals, include the panel selection letter and claim information; for an AME, the parties' written agreement.
To refer an injured worker for treatment, send the claim number, adjuster contact, and any treatment authorization — or have the patient call directly.
